いや、キーンは刃物限定だけど、ウーンディングは殴打武器にも有効ですよ。
強いて言うなら、クリティカル無効な相手には耐久ダメージを与えられない＆クリティカルでも耐久ダメージは増えない
って特性があるだけです

A wounding weapon deals 1 point of Constitution damage from blood loss when it hits a creature.
